A growing car rental business approached GrowwTech with a clear ambition: build a modern, web-based dashboard that would allow customers to browse, compare, and book vehicles in minutes rather than hours.
The Challenge
The client’s existing rental process was fragmented. Customers had to call or email to check vehicle availability, pricing was inconsistent across channels, and the internal team spent excessive time on manual bookings. The core challenges included:
- No centralised platform for customers to self-serve their vehicle search and booking

Key Features Delivered
- Intelligent Search & Discovery: The dashboard features a prominent search bar at the top, enabling users to search by location, date, vehicle type, or price range. The left-panel filter system allows progressive refinement – users can narrow down by transmission type, fuel preference, seating capacity, and more – all without page reloads.
- Visual Vehicle Cards: Each search result is displayed as a rich card with high-quality vehicle photography, pricing per day, key specifications (seats, luggage capacity, fuel type), and a clear “Book Now” call-to-action. This visual-first approach dramatically reduces decision fatigue.
- Organised Dashboard Interface: The left-side navigation menu ensures users always know where they are. Key sections – active bookings, history, favourites, account settings – are one click away, creating a sense of control and familiarity.
- Responsive Design: Every screen was designed mobile-first, ensuring the dashboard performs flawlessly on smartphones, tablets, and desktops – critical for travellers booking on the go.
