The role
A genuine learn-by-doing internship focused on the interface — turning designs and references into clean, usable, polished screens — while also growing real full-stack skills. You’ll bring a designer’s eye to a developer’s output and help make the product look and feel genuinely professional. One deliberate boundary: the core information design of complex, data-heavy screens is owned by the founder, so your focus is high-quality execution of those flows and the refinement of everything around them. That’s precisely the right place for a talented early-career designer-developer to do their best work and learn fast, without being handed decisions that need years of experience.
Experience: Student or recent graduate · Type: Full-time · Location: Remote in Ahmedabad, India
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Build front-end screens. Implement interfaces in React from designs, references, and the established patterns already in the product.
- Own responsiveness. Make every screen work and feel right on both mobile and desktop — the full experience on each, not a stripped-down mobile version.
- Refine the details. Tune layout, spacing, typography, and small interactions — the details that separate an amateur-looking UI from a professional one.
- Grow into full-stack. Pick up backend basics and small full-stack tasks with support, so you become more than a front-end-only developer.
- Collaborate closely. Work directly with the founder and developers, executing core flows to a high standard and bringing your eye to everything you touch.
Must-have skills and experience
- A genuinely good eye for clean, simple design and real attention to detail.
- Comfort with HTML, CSS, and basic React; bonus for Figma.
- A portfolio, coursework, or any interface you’ve built or designed — we care about craft, not credentials.
- Someone who cares about how things look and how they feel to use.
What you’ll get
- Your interface work used by real customers, with mentorship on both design and engineering.
- A skill set spanning both UI/UX and full-stack development — a rare and highly employable combination.
- A clear path to a full-time front-end or design role as you grow.
