SEO Expert

<br> GrowwTech is looking for a results-driven SEO Expert to join our growing digital team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies that boost organic traffic, improve search rankings, and deliver measurable results for our clients and in-house projects.

This position is perfect for someone who loves data-driven decision-making, stays updated with search engine algorithms, and can blend technical SEO with creative strategies to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve higher search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic.
• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Optimize website architecture, content, and internal linking for on-page SEO best practices.
• Plan and implement effective off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns and outreach.
• Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting site performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Prepare clear, actionable monthly SEO reports with insights and recommendations.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
• Strong knowledge of Google search algorithms, ranking factors, and the latest SEO trends.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and popular SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, etc.).
• Good understanding of content marketing, outreach, and link-building strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
